Beer Brewing Classes in Prospect Heights

The class will teach you to brew a batch of beer from scratch. You will learn about malts, extract brewing, grains, yeasts and how to avoid the most common issues. You'll also be taking home a guide to home brewing in your own kitchen and get a sample for tasting.
