So how much does it cost to be king of the castle? $47 million if you want this historic Italian castle.


Piemonte Castle in Turin, Italy was home to the house of Ivrea, Savoy, and the Holy Roman Emperor Otto I. The medieval sturcture was built between the 9th and 14th centuries. The 39,826-square-foot property has 30 bedrooms and 47 bathrooms as well as 35 square miles of parks and gardens. Oh, and it also has air conditioning, which was added during a 1992 restoration.
