Oy Vey!  A fire at a New York Knish factory fire has led to a nationwide shortage.
The Galiba Knish factory in Copiague, NY experienced a small fire on September 24th which damaged the equipment that makes their knishes. The makers of "The Original Coney Island Square Knish", Galiba has been in business for 92 years and produce 15 million knishes a year.

People across the country have been feeling the loss of one of their favorite lunchtime companions and snacks. Luckily Galiba promises to have Knishes back on our tables in time for Thanksgiving, which also happens to be the first day of Hannukah this year.
