The Brooklyn Kitchen will be conducting a class tomorrow, September 5th, on how to make fresh Pasta.

There are not
many foods as easy or satisfying as fresh pasta. Chef Kat Randazzo will
teach students how to make several different kinds of fresh pasta at
home, from forming tortellini and ravioli to tagliatelle and spinach
flavored linguini. Students will learn how to make the dough from
scratch, as well as the lightning fast food processor method! They'll
learn to work comfortably with a pasta machine. At the end of class,
everyone will try some pasta with quick sauces and take the fruits of
their labor home.
